All of us have forgotten our phone's password in one moment or another. Since smartphones are part of our everyday life, this can be a really troublesome issue.
iMyFone LockWiper allows you to recover the password of your iPhone, iPad or iPod easily, or at least that is what the advertisement says.
The program has a clean interface where you can choose one of three options: Unlock Apple ID, Unlock Screen Passcode, and Unlock Screen Time Passcode. In the first case, you will need your numeric key to log into your device, so the program can decipher and unlock your Apple ID. Both the second and third options cannot work when the Find my device option is on, so you need to switch it off. Please note that if you want the program to unlock your screen key, it will delete all the data stored in the phone and will update the OS to its most recent version. Thus, you need to be careful when using this function.
I said earlier that these functions are fine just in theory. That is because, in the shareware version, all of them are disabled, so I could not try any of them. Every time I tried to use them, a nag screen appeared, urging me to purchase the program. Regarding its cost, you can purchase a relatively affordable monthly or yearly plan, or a lifetime license, which is more costly. Assuming that you have learned the lesson and will avoid losing your passwords again, a lifetime license may be too excessive, but one never knows.
In sum, if this program can deliver what it promises, it can be a good purchase for Apple users.
